Homeschool Enrichment Group

Imagine greeting your muddy, bright-eyed child. He smells of grass and sunshine, and is full of stories from the day.

In our homeschool enrichment group, children ages 6–12 spend their time 100% outdoors exploring, creating, and playing freely within a small, mixed-age community.

With a strong focus on nature study, our little naturalists explore their local ecosystems, observe seasonal changes, and investigate the plants and animals around them. They’re invited to ask questions, test ideas, and observe closely, building real understanding through direct experience. Fascination leads the way, and learning unfolds through shared discoveries, conversations, and hands-on experiences that feel exciting and memorable.

Their days are shaped by curiosity. They climb, build, imagine, and discover at their own pace. Unstructured, child-led play is an essential part of each day. In these moments, children follow their own ideas, take appropriate risks, solve problems, and engage deeply with the world around them, building creativity, social and communication skills, and resilience in ways that can’t be rushed or replicated. Our Guides carefully observe, offering thoughtful support when needed while allowing children the freedom to explore, problem-solve, and grow independently. This kind of play is not extra, it’s foundational, even for big kids (and adults!).

Art, storytelling, and creative project invitations are woven throughout, helping children process what they discover, strengthen critical thinking, and grow in their ability to express ideas clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing.
